Nestled on the mountainside with breathtaking views of the Etowah Valley and the Blue Ridge Mountains, Mountain Valley offers a unique blend of tranquility and convenience. Our community of more than 100 single-family homes enjoys stunning vistas that make it feel like country living – yet we’re just minutes from the vibrant towns of Hendersonville, Horse Shoe, Etowah, Brevard, and Asheville.

At Mountain Valley, we take pride in our strong, volunteer-driven culture. Neighbors know and support one another, participating in a variety of social activities and annual community events such as the fall cleanup and seasonal beautification projects. Residents work together to maintain both private properties and shared spaces, helping keep the neighborhood beautiful year-round.

Founded in 1989, the Mountain Valley Homeowners Association (MVHA) is a registered non-profit that has served our neighborhood for over 30 years.
